Description

Bixtep is a tool for organizing information in the Bash shell. It is a highly customizable command line application for organizing notes in a flexible way. Its use spans from quick note taking to managing excerpts, sources, and any other type of textual content. Users can define content types and content relations on a per file basis. All data is stored in an XML file.

The new stable version 0.2 of Bixtep has been released.

This release is the result of a major rewrite and reorganization of the code leading to improved stability, higher speed and several enhancements.

Dependencies: In order to use Bixtep, you need to have the XMLStarlet package installed through your distribution's package management software. You may alternatively download and install XMLStarlet manually.
